Swim along with your own team
Swim across the IJsselmeer in a team of four or five colleagues and a coach-colleague. Train together, do the clinics together and prepare for the crossing together. You will have an amazing experience with your colleagues and, together with the colleagues at the office, raise a great amount of money for the Brain Foundation!
But swimming 22 kilometers across the IJsselmeer is no small feat. To make sure that you and your team members are embarking on an adventure that is within your reach, we ask you to look at the prerequisites below. Feeling good about it? We are going to guide you.

What do we ask of you?
Each business team raises a minimum of €7,500 in donations for the Brain Foundation.
You are excellent swimmers and motivated to train regularly in the lead-up to the event.
During the kick-off on Sunday, April 12, you will each swim 1250 meters of non-stop front crawl in 30 minutes.
Your team has an enthusiastic coach who will keep a close eye on you during the crossing.
The coach will therefore participate in the clinics; you are a team!
